PasteTheme, the PasteTheme plugin and PasteTheme Pro are made and sold by Chattanooga Tshirt LLC of Chattanooga, Tennessee, USA. These are the terms for using this website and the software.

The software is GPL

The PasteTheme theme, the free PasteTheme plugin and PasteTheme Pro are licensed under the GNU General Public License, version 2 or later. You may run, study, change and share the code under that license. What you pay for with Pro is not the code: it is the license key that unlocks the Pro features on your sites, the updates delivered to those sites and support for the license term.

PasteTheme Pro licenses

A license covers the number of sites on its plan (1, 5 or 25). A site is one WordPress installation at one address; staging and local copies do not count. A yearly license renews automatically at the price shown when you bought it until you cancel, which you can do at any time from your Freemius account; the license then runs to the end of the paid period. A lifetime license never renews and receives updates and support for as long as PasteTheme Pro exists.

The 14-day trial needs no card and can be started once per site. After the trial the Pro features stop and the free plugin carries on; nothing you built is lost.

Sharing a license key beyond the plan’s site count, or reselling keys, ends the license without refund. The code itself remains yours under the GPL.

Refunds

14 days from purchase, any reason, in full. The details are on the refund page.

Support and updates

Support means help getting PasteTheme Pro to do what this website says it does, by email, within two business days. It does not include writing or fixing the code your AI generated, custom development, or support for other plugins. Updates are delivered inside WordPress while the license is active.

What we do not promise

The software is provided as is, as the GPL says. We do our best to keep it working with current WordPress releases and to fix what breaks, but we do not promise that it fits every purpose, that pasted AI code will always render as intended, or that it is free of mistakes. Our liability for anything arising from the software or this website is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

You may read and link to pastetheme.com freely. The PasteTheme name and mark belong to Chattanooga Tshirt LLC. Please do not present the site or its downloads as yours.

Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Tennessee, USA. If something here reads unfairly, or you have a question, use the contact page; we would rather sort it out than argue about it.
