In your WordPress dashboard: Plugins, Add Plugin, Upload Plugin. Choose the plugin zip, install it and activate it.
Add the theme
Then Appearance, Themes, Add Theme, Upload Theme. Choose the theme zip, install it and activate it.
Click once
Open Setup in the PasteTheme menu, tick your pages and press Make these pages: Home, About, Services and Contact, with a menu and a contact form that sends to you.
Or start from a ready-made site
A small business, one page, or just a contact page. Change any word or picture. Pages you already have are kept.
Then Setup walks you through the rest: your logo and colors, where messages go, a shop if you sell, and going live.
