I reproduce it on a test site, find what is actually wrong, and fix that, not the symptom. If it needs more than a fix, it gets planned in the open on the next update’s list.
The fix ships in the next update.
Free plugin, theme or Pro, the fix goes out in the next release and your site picks it up like any WordPress update.
I write back to you.
When it’s fixed, you hear it from me, at the address you gave, with what changed and the version that carries it.
