Refund policy

14 days. Any reason. Full refund.

How it works

If PasteTheme Pro is not for you, ask for a refund within 14 days of the purchase and you get the whole amount back. You do not have to explain, though we always want to hear what went wrong. Refunds go back to the card or PayPal account that paid, usually within five to ten business days depending on your bank.

How to ask

Write to us through the contact page with the email address you bought with, or use the refund request in your Freemius account. We confirm the same business day and the license is closed when the refund is issued.

Renewals

Yearly licenses renew automatically. We email a week before every renewal so nothing surprises you, and you can cancel at any time from your Freemius account. Renewal payments are not refundable once processed, which is why the reminder comes first.

Before you buy

You do not need to buy to try. The free plugin and theme do the whole paste mechanic, and PasteTheme Pro has a 14-day trial with no card. The refund window is there for the cases the trial did not catch.
